What are the shipping costs of the National Charity Voucher?

If the choice gift voucher is sent by e-mail, there are no additional charges. Only additional charges apply for sending by post. These surcharges include VAT. There are no shipping costs. The cost for the packaging of your choice is 1.95 euros each

Is the National Charity Voucher also delivered to your home?

Yes. When sent by post, TNT calculates 24 - 48 hours as delivery time within the Netherlands. In principle, vouchers ordered from Monday to Friday before 15:00 in the afternoon are dispatched the same day. In some cases, vouchers ordered later are also dispatched and in some cases the next day. Please allow for a longer shipping time around (national) holidays. Picking up your voucher(s) is not possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

What are the payment options for the National Charity Voucher?

The payment options are iDEAL, internet banking secure payment via your own bank, credit card or by prepayment via bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. The vouchers will then only be sent when this invoice has been paid.

What are the values of the National Charity Voucher?

The values of the choice gift voucher are: €10, €15, €20, €25, €30, €40, €50, €75 and €100.

What is the validity period of the National Charity Voucher?

The validity period of the National Charity Voucher is two years.

What is a digital gift card?

A digital gift card is when the sending of the choice gift card is done by e-mail. This can be sent directly to the recipient or to yourself. The gift card can then also be printed out with a FREE printable envelope and handed over in person.

Can I print out the National Charity Voucher?

In this case, choose to send by e-mail where you can enter your own details as recipient. These details will only be used for addressing. These details will not appear on the gift card. Only the text entered in the "personal text" field will appear on the gift card.

Can I enclose a personal message with the National Charity Voucher?

Where to find a printable envelope?

Once you have ordered and printed out your gift voucher by e-mail, you can also get a free printbare envelop downloaden. You can then download these for free via 'mijn account'. If you have a facebook account then you can already log in directly without creating an account.

I received a gift certificate but I cannot open the link.

The e-mail you received contains a link. To open this link, you need the program acrobat reader. You can download the program acrobat reader for free.

What if the recipient accidentally deletes the gift voucher code?

By default, the gift certificate is also sent to your own e-mail address so you always have a backup. You can always send a request to customer service to have the gift voucher sent again.

I have not received my National Charity Voucher.

Sometimes it may take a while before you receive the e-mail containing the gift voucher. Also check your spam filter, the e-mail may have ended up there. In your spam filter, change the e-mail address klantenservice@kadobon-online.nl to 'allow'.

Order a National Charity Voucher for business

How can I order the National Charity Voucher business?

Place an order and choose as payment method "Direct bank transfer". You then pay in advance by means of an invoice that we will send you by e-mail. You can pay the amount by bank transfer to ABN-Amro account number NL90ABNA0433256133 stating the invoice number in the name of Stichting Kadobon Online derdengelden in Breda. The voucher(s) will not be sent until we have received payment.

Can I receive an invoice after paying with iDEAL?

Besides a confirmation e-mail, you will also receive an e-mail from us if your gift voucher has been sent. An invoice is also attached to this e-mail. Missed this e-mail? Send an e-mail with your company details and order number to our customer service.

Can we order the National Charity Voucher on account?

This is possible with a business account. You can apply for one via customer service. However, we do first do a creditworthiness check and reserve the right to refuse companies and/or organisations.

Redeeming a National Charity Voucher

Where can I redeem my National Charity Voucher?

The National Charity Voucher can be donated to more than 100 different charity organisations.

What % is actually transferred to charity?

90% of the value of the gift voucher is actually transferred. We charge the 10% for our services such as marketing and administration.

From what amount is donating possible?

This is possible from €2.50. You can easily increase the donation amount by increasing its multiple by adjusting the number. So €25 equals 10x €2.50 etc.

How does an online National Charity Voucher work?

1. Make your choice from our product range. Then place your order in the shopping basket. Go to "Doorgaan naar afrekenen". Then fill in your details and choose 'kadobon Online' as your payment method.
2. Go to "Bestelling plaatsen". A screen will appear where you can enter your 12-digit gift voucher code. You can also checkout with multiple gift certificate codes by adding another gift certificate.

Click the button "Kadobon toevoegen". You can add another gift voucher code here or pay the remaining amount via iDEAL.
Click the button "Bestelling afronden“.

4. You will receive confirmation of your order in your email. Didn't receive anything? Contact customer service and mention your gift voucher code.

Do I have to spend the National Charity Voucher in one go?

No, the National Charity Voucher can be spent in parts. The remaining amount remains active with the same gift voucher code.

How much credit is left on my National Charity Voucher?

There is a link in the e-mail you received. If you click this link, you will see your gift voucher in a .pdf file. The balance will then appear in the top left-hand corner. Or send an e-mail to our klantenservice.

Can the order exceed the value of the National Charity Voucher?

Yes, you can. The value of the National Charity Voucher will be deducted from the donation amount. You can pay the remaining amount yourself via online banking (iDEAL).

My voucher code is not accepted

It is important that you choose a charity and then go to the checkout to start paying. At checkout, choose the payment method "kadobon online" where you can then enter the gift certificate code after placing your order. You probably chose the online shop's discount code field, which is incorrect.
It is also possible that the gift voucher code has already been redeemed or the validity period has expired. Please contact customer service.

Is the National Charity Voucher redeemable abroad?

Yes, that is possible.
